Founded by brothers Michael and Sam Galasso, our firm is built on more than 20 years of combined experience in the multifamily real estate sector. Both Michael and Sam have spent over a decade each immersed in the business—from hands-on property management to strategic acquisitions, value-add and asset repositioning. Their expertise lies in identifying undervalued opportunities in high cash flow markets and implementing value-add strategies that elevate both rental income and asset appreciation.

Meet the Team

Michael brings a unique blend of discipline, leadership, and hands-on experience to the world of real estate. Originally from upstate New York, he began his career in heavy highway construction straight out of high school. Starting as a laborer, he worked his way up to project manager—overseeing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects and gaining deep expertise in budgeting, contractor coordination, and operational efficiency.
While working full-time in construction, Michael began investing in real estate alongside his brother, Sam. Together, they built a portfolio of multifamily properties through buy-and-hold strategies, value-add renovations, and fix-and-flip projects. Managing every aspect personally, from acquisitions to tenant relations, Michael and his brother developed a comprehensive understanding of what makes investment properties perform.
Driven by a desire to serve and challenge himself, Michael left his civilian career to join the U.S. Army. He successfully completed OSUT (One Station Unit Training), Airborne School, and RASP (Ranger Assessment and Selection Program), earning the honor of serving in the elite 75th Ranger Regiment. His military experience instilled in him an even greater level of discipline, resilience, and leadership under pressure.
After leaving his military service, Michael returned to real estate full-time with renewed focus and mission-driven determination. In addition to real estate, he holds a Series 65 license, allowing him to advise on investment strategies and manage assets professionally. This added financial expertise complements his operational experience, giving him a holistic approach to building long-term wealth through real estate.
Today, Michael leverages his background in construction, investing, military leadership, and asset management to build and scale high-performing real estate ventures. His mission: to create lasting value for investors through disciplined execution and strategic property selection.

Sam is a seasoned real estate investor with over 8 years of experience in value-add multifamily investing throughout upstate New York. With a deep understanding of construction and property operations, Sam focuses on identifying underperforming assets and transforming them into income-producing, long-term investments.
Holding a degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State, Sam brings a technical and analytical mindset to every project. His background in heavy civil construction—rising from foreman to project manager—has equipped him with the skills to manage complex renovations and capital projects with precision. He has overseen major infrastructure efforts, including highway rehabilitations, airport paving, municipal work, and a high-speed racing track, all of which demanded logistical precision, strategic planning, and high-level coordination.
Despite a demanding full-time career in construction management, Sam has remained actively involved in real estate. Alongside his brother Michael, he has built a growing portfolio through buy-and-hold strategies, value-add renovations, and hands-on property management. Sam has personally renovated numerous units, including his own home, and brings a practical, cost-conscious approach to every investment—knowing exactly how to improve value without overbuilding. He excels at identifying under-market rents, improving tenant quality, and implementing operational efficiencies that drive consistent returns
Today, Sam applies his unique blend of construction expertise, financial discipline, and local market insight to help grow a high-performing portfolio of multifamily assets. He remains committed to creating long-term value for investors through disciplined execution and a relentless focus on fundamentals.
